Tips and amenities from our insider guides.
London City is small, fast, and close to town. Great for quick in-and-out; limited lounges.
Gatwick is simpler than Heathrow. Two terminals (North/South), good lounge options, fast train to London.
Heathrow is big, busy, and spread out. Free WiβFi, lots of lounges, and an express train that saves you from London traffic.
Luton is basic but functional for low-cost carriers. Limited airside space; one main terminal.
Stansted is a low-cost carrier hub with straightforward rail/bus links. Crowds at peaks, but compact.
