Congonhas is São Paulo’s domestic hub, 13 km from the city center in Vila Congonhas, and that proximity is its main advantage. No international flights means no immigration. Cab or Uber to Av. Paulista or Faria Lima takes 15 to 30 minutes outside peak hours. If your routing puts you through CGH on domestic legs, it’s significantly more convenient than Guarulhos for accessing the city.
