Aeroparque sits right on the Río de la Plata waterfront in Palermo, 15 minutes from Buenos Aires city center by taxi or rideshare. It handles domestic flights and regional international routes to Uruguay, Brazil, Chile, and Paraguay. If you’re flying between Argentine cities or crossing to Montevideo, this is the easier Buenos Aires airport. Just know that AEP and Ezeiza (EZE) are separate airports about 45 minutes apart by road; a connection between the two needs at least 4 hours.

The airport is compact and check-in is generally quick. The Aerolíneas Argentinas VIP lounge is the best on-site option, though access requires SkyTeam business class or status. A Priority Pass-eligible lounge (Salón VIP) exists but is basic. No showers at either lounge.

Empanadas and medialunas available at airport cafés. Uber and Cabify both work for pickup. Small luggage storage available landside, limited hours. ATM access is limited with standard withdrawal caps common in Argentina. Bring cash or have a card that handles FX well.
