These Terms of Use (“Legal Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and MyLayover (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the MyLayover website located at https://www.mylayover.org, including any related services, tools, or content (collectively, the “Services”).

1. OUR SERVICES

MyLayover provides informational travel planning tools and guidance designed to help travelers evaluate options during flight layovers. Information provided through the Services is for general informational purposes only and is not intended to be relied upon as definitive travel, safety, or logistical advice.

The Services are not intended for use in jurisdictions where such use would violate applicable laws or regulations. Users accessing the Services from outside Canada or the United States do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, functionality, design elements, text, graphics, logos, and software available through the Services (collectively, the “Content”) are owned by or licensed to MyLayover and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

  • You will not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or products, including affiliate partners. MyLayover does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, pricing, or policies.

Any transactions or interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party. We do not guarantee or endorse third-party offerings.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

We make no warranties regarding:

  • Travel outcomes or timing
  • Missed flights, delays, or disruptions
  • Third-party services or providers

MyLayover does not provide travel guarantees and does not assume responsibility for travel decisions made based on information from the Services.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyLayover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

If liability is found, our total liability shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to MyLayover.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyLayover from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:
