Is it worth leaving the airport?

  • Leave with 6+ hours. Under that, stay airside.

  • Transit: 20-35 minutes to Tel Aviv by train; taxi similar off-peak.

3-5 hours: stay airside

6-9 hours: beach walk

10+ hours: add Neve Tzedek or Old Port

After the beach, stroll Neve Tzedek or the Tel Aviv Port area for food and shops. Taxi/train back with ample security buffer.
