Is it worth leaving the airport?
- Leave with 6+ hours. Under that, stay airside.
- Visa: US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia visa-free in Schengen; others must meet rules.

- Transit: 20-25 minutes to the center by train/taxi.
3-5 hours: stay airside
Grab coffee, a pastry, lounge if you need a shower. Gate 40 minutes before boarding.
6-9 hours: harbor walk and tapas
Train or taxi to Centro Alameda. Walk Muelle Uno harbor promenade. Tapas at El Pimpi (if timing is good) or a quick espeto (sardines) if available. Coffee/ice cream nearby. Leave 3 hours before departure.
10+ hours: add Alcazaba exterior
After Muelle Uno, walk up toward the Alcazaba exterior for views. Return with buffer; taxi if time is tight.
