Is it worth leaving the airport?

10+ hours: add Grand Bazaar exterior/short visit
After Sultanahmet, a quick bazaar loop if time; keep it tight. Return with a generous buffer.

- Metro + tram: Cheaper but can be slower; use only if confident and time allows.
