SAS lounges are excellent — Scandinavian design and food quality. PP holders can use Menzies Aurora. Both are in Terminal 5.

- Schengen airport — EU/EEA immigration is instant with automated e-gates.
- Terminals 1–4 are connected; Terminal 5 is separate but connected by walkway.
- Security can be busy at peak morning hours.
- Excellent Arlanda Express train to city center (20 min, SEK 310 one-way).

- Arlanda Express (train): 20 minutes to Stockholm Central Station, SEK 310 one-way (~$29 USD).
- Airport bus (Flygbussarna): ~45 minutes to city terminal, SEK 119–149 (~$11–14 USD).
- Taxi: ~20–30 minutes depending on traffic, around SEK 400–600 ($38–57 USD).
- Buffer: Back at ARN 2.5h international (Schengen), 3h non-Schengen.
