Traveler notes
- Peak times: Ambassador/Plaza can get crowded; Blossom and SATS often feel calmer.
- Showers: Expect waits during evening banks; ask to be queued right away.
- Jewel detours: Landside crowds can eat time; add 15–20 minutes if you cross between landside/airside.
🛏️
Sleep / Rest
- Quiet/rest zones: scattered airside; recliners are limited. Eye mask and earplugs help.
- Airside hotel: Aerotel T1 (rooms by the hour, pool, gym).
- Landside hotel: YOTELAIR in Jewel (short-stay cabins).
🍽️
Food (what’s actually good)
- Local/cheap: T2/T3 Staff Canteen (hawker-style, bargain prices); T4 food court; Jewel B2 food hall.
- Sit-down: Din Tai Fung (dumplings/noodles), ramen spots, Malay/Indian/Southeast Asian stalls in Jewel; terminal food courts for quick hawker-style meals.
- Grab-and-go: Ya Kun (kaya toast/coffee), Old Chang Kee (currypuffs), 7-Eleven for snacks/drinks.
- 24h: Each terminal has at least one late-night option; check the nearest info board instead of hiking to a closed outlet.
🚿
Showers
- In most lounges above.
- No lounge? Pay-per-use showers at Ambassador (T2/T3) and Aerotel T1.
🧳
Luggage Storage
- Landside counters in T1/T3/T4. Roughly $4–13 USD depending on size/time.

- MRT: ~30–35 minutes. Follow “Train to City.” About $1.50–2.25 USD with card.
- Taxi/Grab: ~20–40 minutes, about $15–30 USD off-peak; longer in rain/peak.
- Buffer: Back at SIN 3h before long-haul, 2h regional. Add 15–20 minutes if detouring via Jewel security.
🔌
